If you join a few minutes early, you'll wait briefly in the Zoom waiting room until Dr. Chelsea lets you in. That's normal, and she'll be right there.

Keep an eye out for that confirmation email in the next few minutes. If you don't see it, check your promotions or spam folder and mark it "not spam" so your reminders reach you too. The Zoom link is also saved on your calendar invite, so you'll always have it.
