ABIDEwell Foundations ($97/month) is our accessible membership with group support, community access, monthly live calls, educational modules, and challenges. You can access our one-time testing options separately at any time at member pricing if you want them later.

Repeat testing is available separately if you want to re-assess after 9 months.

Can I order testing as a Foundations member? +

Yes! Foundations members have direct access to order any of our functional tests at member pricing. You can add testing anytime without upgrading to Guided. If you later want personalized support around your results, you can always upgrade to Guided.

How long does it take to get test results? +

Testing timelines vary by test type and cycle timing:

Blood labs — Typically 5-10 business days after collection
DUTCH Hormone Test — Usually 2-3 weeks (cycle timing dependent)
GI-MAP — Typically 2-3 weeks
HTMA — Usually 7-10 business days

Important: Some tests (like DUTCH) need to be collected at specific times in your cycle, which can add to wait times.

Total estimate: We typically allow 4-6 weeks from when you receive your test kit to when you receive Dr. Chelsea's personalized review video.

Payments & Financial

Can I use HSA or FSA to pay for membership? +

We've partnered with Truemed, which allows qualified clients to access ABIDEwell memberships through their HSA or FSA account. Our memberships have been approved by Truemed for HSA/FSA eligibility.

How it works: Qualified clients can take a short quiz through Truemed to generate a Letter of Medical Necessity, which you can submit to your HSA/FSA account administrator if needed.

Important disclaimer: We do not guarantee HSA/FSA coverage. The final decision rests with your individual account holder and plan rules. Truemed approval means our memberships meet the criteria for many plans, but not all.

Do I get a discount on supplements as a member? +

Dr. Chelsea is a Doctor of Chiropractic trained in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Over the last 5 years in clinical practice, she's helped hundreds of women transform their health through the ABIDEwell Method. She built her practice in Kansas City through word-of-mouth referrals and quickly expanded to serve clients in 15+ states.

Her own health crisis during chiropractic school — where she lost her period, gained weight rapidly, and experienced hormonal dysfunction despite being "health conscious" — became her greatest teacher and inspired her to create this approach.
