These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Abide Functional Wellness LLC, doing business as ABIDEwell ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

The content on this website and the services described are for educational and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed medical provider, and no practitioner-patient relationship is created by using this site or booking a call.
Clarity calls are introductory conversations. No medical or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations are given during a clarity call. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here.
Service Availability
We are currently unable to serve residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. We ask that you provide accurate contact information so we can reach you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the link provided in your confirmation email so the time can be offered to someone else.
SMS Terms of Service
Program description. Abide Functional Wellness LLC ("ABIDEwell") sends two categories of text message. Appointment messages: confirmations and reminders for appointments you have booked. Promotional messages: occasional health education, event invitations, and program updates.
Consent. Consent for each category is collected separately, through distinct checkboxes on our booking form. Neither box is pre-selected, and neither is required to book an appointment or purchase any service. You receive only the categories you individually consented to.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. For appointment messages, expect up to 3 messages per scheduled appointment. For promotional messages, expect no more than 4 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. ABIDEwell does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your request, after which no further messages will be sent.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. Message delivery is supported on all major US carriers.
Payment and Refunds
Fees for programs and services are disclosed before enrollment. No Refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, protocols, and program materials — is the property of Abide Functional Wellness LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abide Functional Wellness LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
